Ingredients

  • OMNI Luncheon (4pc)

  • JUST Folded Egg  (3 pcs, 171g)

  • Japanese Rice (1 cup, 200g)

  • Japanese Nori (6 slices, 24g) 

  • Oil (1 tbsp, 15ml)

Steps

  • Cook the Japanese rice, then cool it down and set it aside.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan, pan-fry the OMNI Luncheon and JUST folded egg over medium-low heat on each side for 1 minute and 30 seconds, set aside. Halve the JUST folded egg when it cools down.
  • Clean the sushi mold and assemble the musubi by putting rice, OMNI Luncheon, JUST folded egg, and then rice into the mold. Slightly press down and remove the mold, then wrap around with Japanese nori. Cut the musubi into half and enjoy!
  • Another way to assemble musubi is by putting rice, OmniPork Luncheon and then JUST folded egg into the mold. Slightly press down and remove the mold, then wrap in the middle with Japanese nori as a warship roll (pictured). Enjoy!
