Cooking Instructions

Microwave: Cover your bun loosely with a damp paper towel and set it on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave and cook for 90 seconds until piping hot. Add slightly more time if necessary, in increments of 15 seconds. Remove the paper from the bottom of the bao bun and enjoy a delicious, fluffy cloud full of flavor!

Steam: Fill a pot one-third full of water and bring it to a boil. Position the buns inside the steamer and place the steamer over the pot of boiling water. Reduce the heat to a simmer. Steam for 8 minutes, or until the buns are soft and heated all the way through. Remove the paper from the bottom of the bao bun and enjoy a delicious, fluffy cloud of flavor!
