Cooking Instructions

COOK FROM FROZEN until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165°F (74°C).

Pre-heat the pan on medium heat with oil. PAN-FRY both sides for total of 5-6 mins until browned, flip every minute.

AIR-FRY at 375°F (190°C) for 6 mins, flip halfway through.

BAKE in pre-heated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 14 mins, filp halfway through.
