COOK FROM FROZEN until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165°F (74°C).

Pre-heat the pan on medium heat with oil. PAN-FRY both sides for total of 4 mins, flip every 2 minutes.

AIR-FRY at 350°F (180°C) for 5 mins, then flip and air-fry for 3 more mins.
