Cooking Instructions

COOK FROM FROZEN until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165°F (74°C).

Pre-heat the pan on medium heat with oil. PAN-FRY both sides for total of 4-6 mins until browned, flip every minute.

AIR-FRY at 320°F (160°C) for 10-12 mins, flip halfway through.

BAKE in pre-heated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 12-14 mins, and flip halfway through.
